Feedback Form
If any customer of an MMSA member feels a need to complain, and
the situation cannot be handled directly between customer and retailer,
our online feedback form can be used. We will follow up all complaints
but would encourage you to please attempt to settle all matters
at the local level unless an impasse is reached. In the latter case
we will do our best to mediate. The Association does not accept
responsibility for the actions of individual members but will do
its best to help resolve issues that may arise.
We also encourage customers to use the feedback form to give praise
to a company or an individual where you feel they deserve a special
mention. All our members take pride in the work they do and there's
no better feeling than when someone says "great job!".
