Braybrook’s is a family run business located close to Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire, specialising in Mercedes retrofit, Mercedes Comand, general in-car entertainment, in-car navigation systems, car audio and much more!
Having been established for over 15 years, the company owner, Neil Braybrook, has led his team to the leading edge of today’s technology. The company have a skilled team of electrical engineers and trim specialists that together combine to offer a totally integrated installation. Braybrook’s are main dealers for Alpine, Becker, Panasonic and Kenwood, amongst others, and have direct distribution channels to Mercedes parts from UK and Europe. From a basic stereo to a complete retrofit, parts are available (and many stocked) for any installation.
Braybrook’s are able to retrofit any electrical accessory that was available on a Mercedes when it was built, as well as often being able to upgrade to newer equipment. Many of their conversions are reputed to be ‘not possible’ by Mercedes and their dealers. Braybrook's say that “anything is possible”. Occasionally, because of parts costs, it's not always practical, but they are always happy to discuss various options.
Whatever the project, Braybrook's help the client to select the appropriate equipment for a project. Clients then receive a timing schedule and synopsis of the work to be carried out, and a detailed costing. The sales team arrange a suitable start date with the client and are responsible for maintaining a close contact with clients at every stage of the work.
All of Braybrook’s installations are guaranteed for a minimum of twelve months against any faults (except mis-use of course!) and, in the unlikely event that a problem should arise, it will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Vehicle warranties are not affected by their work, and Braybrook's operate very closely with main dealers to ensure the minimum disruption should warranties cross-over.
Importantly, Braybrook's have the ability to reverse any cosmetic changes made to a vehicle by them and return it to original condition in the event of clients wishing to change their current vehicle. It's just one reason why Braybrook's long standing clients return time and time again to have systems re-fitted in their new cars.
