After 25 years, Clarion GB moves premises but stay in Wiltshire

We can say this is a moving story, because after 25 years at its location in Hillmead, Swindon, Clarion GB has moved to new premises in nearby Wootton Bassett.

It's scary that I can remember reporting on the opening of their offices - and at that time also production line - at Hillmead a quarter of a century ago. The premises were impressive and remained so, with a lovely japanese garden courtyard at its centre that I admired every time I visited. But it was time for Clarion GB to move on and their equally impressive new building incorporates all the existing Clarion head office facilities and departments, including sales, marketing, administration and warehousing, plus an integral Technical Centre to support their Original Equipment (car manufacturer OE business), semi-OE and their aftermarket business with sales through independent specialists.

The new address for Clarion (GB) Limited is Unit 5C Interface Business Park, Bincknoll Lane, Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire, SN4 8QQ. Certainly a very pleasant part of the country to have their HQ. The shift across into deepest Wiltshire has meant the need to change phone numbers, the main one for Clarion GB now being 01793 859560, with Technical Support on 01793 859581.
