We offer a service for code-locked car stereo and satellite navigation units (locked after service or battery problems, where the original code is lost). We'll provide a code for radios where the code can be calculated from the unit's security or serial number wherever possible (see list of models below). If we're unable to provide a code, we endeavour to provide some information.

But please first check the list of models we cover. Not all radios can be decoded from the serial number, some require a physical inspection/re-code.
Because of staffing restrictions during the holidays, we are unable to guarantee our normal service. However, a response will usually be emailed within 48 hours.
You will need to extract the radio from the dashboard to read the part number and serial number from the radio's chassis - this will be on a printed label, engraved on the metal case, or both. If you're not sure which numbers to give us, provide us with all the numbers you see and we'll check them for you.
We currently provide assistance on the following car radio models:

- Becker radios (inc. LeMans 2000) in Mercedes Benz & other vehicles
- Alpine fitted to Mercedes (inc. 2297, 2299 & 2396 but not MF2910)
- Ford & Jaguar 9000 Series radios
- Some Clarion radios but only if there is a second barcode number starting C7000000**** (if the only number you have is the number starting CL then sorry, we cannot decode it)
